Grow the legendary Reishi mushroom—used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years—right at home. This 4 kg block is fully colonized and ready to produce Reishi conks, either antler-style (vertical) or conk-style (wide shelf), depending on your growing conditions.

Reishi is valued for its immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory, and longevity-enhancing compounds—especially triterpenes and beta-glucans.

How to Fruit:

1. Cut the top of the bag open to expose fresh air

2. Mist lightly or maintain high ambient humidity

3. Choose your fruiting style (see below)

Fruiting Styles:

• Antler Form (vertical, no cap): Low fresh air, high CO₂

• Conk Form (wide, shelf-like cap): Good air exchange, bright light

Fruiting Conditions:

• Temperature: 22–28°C (72–82°F)

• Humidity: 85–90% RH

• CO₂:

  • 3000–5000 ppm = antlers

  • <1000 ppm = conks

• Light: 1000–2000 lux, 12 hrs/day (bright indirect light)

• Air exchange: Moderate to high for conk development

Tips for Best Results:

• If you want decorative or antler-shaped Reishi, restrict airflow and light

• For medicinal caps (used in teas and extracts), give it more fresh air and stronger light

• Let it grow slowly—Reishi is not fast, but it’s worth it
