Recommended Substrate:

• 85–90% hardwood sawdust

• 10–15% bran

• Optional: 1–2% gypsum

Spawn Rate:

• 1:10 standard

• 1:5 for faster or lower temp colonization

Colonization Conditions:

• Temperature: 21–24°C for colonization

• Time: 2–3 weeks

• Rest: Chill at 4–5°C for 3–5 days before fruiting
