Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from a purchase agreement concluded between the seller, Green Plant s.r.o., Rudolfa Jašíka 159/10, 958 01 Partizánske, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 48 242 128, VAT ID: 2120102237, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section: Sro, Insert No. 31865/R, contact: info@svethub.sk, +421 917 253 227, www.svethub.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "seller"), and the buyer - consumer, concerning the sale of goods through the seller’s online store.

1.2 The buyer may be either a consumer or a business entity.

A consumer is a natural person who, when concluding and fulfilling a consumer contract, does not act within the scope of their business activity. Legal relationships not explicitly governed by these GTC are governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, and related regulations.

A business entity is:

• a person registered in the Commercial Register,

• a person operating under a trade license,

• a person authorized under specific legislation,

• a person engaged in agricultural production and registered accordingly.

If a buyer provides a company ID (IČO), they acknowledge being treated as a business entity under these GTC. Business-to-business relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code.

1.3 These GTC define and clarify the rights and responsibilities of the seller and the buyer and form an integral part of the purchase contract.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

2.1 All product listings on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

2.2 The website contains product information, including prices. Prices are final (the seller is not a VAT payer) and remain valid as long as displayed. The seller may enter into an agreement under different terms.

2.3 Delivery and packaging costs are stated on the website and apply within Slovakia.

2.4 Orders are placed via the online order form, which includes:

• selected products,

• chosen payment and delivery method,

• and associated delivery costs.

2.5 Before submitting an order, buyers may review and modify their information. Orders are submitted by clicking "Submit Order." The seller will confirm receipt by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact info@svethub.sk.

2.6 By submitting an order, the buyer confirms familiarity and agreement with these terms.

2.7 The seller may request additional confirmation depending on the order nature (quantity, price, etc.).

2.8 The contract is formed upon the seller's acceptance sent by email.

2.9 Buyers agree to remote communication during order placement. Related costs (e.g., internet, calls) are borne by the buyer.

3. Order Cancellation

Buyers may cancel orders without penalty before dispatch by emailing info@svethub.sk or calling +421 917 253 227.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders:

• if they cannot be confirmed (wrong or unavailable contact info),

• if items are discontinued or supplier prices change significantly. In such cases, buyers will be contacted.

4. Delivery Conditions

Items in stock are shipped within 72 business hours of order/payment confirmation. Stock levels are limited. If items are out of stock or pre-ordered, the seller will inform the buyer and offer alternatives.

5. Price and Payment Terms

5.1 Payment options:

• Bank transfer to SK39 0900 0000 0050 7431 3838

• Online payment gateway

5.2 The total price includes product and delivery costs.

5.3 Payment by bank transfer is due within 7 days.

5.4 For gateway payments, follow the provider’s instructions.

5.5 Payment is considered complete once received in the seller's account.

5.6 The seller does not require prepayment or deposits.

5.7 Goods are delivered:

• to the address provided,

• or by personal pickup (if agreed).

5.8 Delivery method is selected during ordering.

5.9 Delivery costs are shown in the order and confirmation. Custom delivery methods may incur additional charges borne by the buyer.

5.10 The buyer must accept the delivery. If re-delivery is needed due to the buyer’s fault, they cover the costs.

5.11 Upon delivery, the buyer must check the package and report any visible damage to the courier. If tampering is suspected, do not accept the package.

5.12 An invoice will be emailed to the buyer.

5.13 Ownership passes upon full payment and receipt of the goods. Responsibility passes upon delivery.

5.14 Prices are in EUR and final. The seller is not VAT registered.

5.15 For EU orders outside Slovakia, shipping is calculated individually. Contact info@svethub.sk for details.

6. Wholesale Terms

7. Warranty & Claims

Report claims via phone (+421 917 253 227) or email (info@svethub.sk). Warranty follows Act No. 108/2000 Coll.

Check goods upon delivery. Report defects within 24 hours. We are not liable for shipping damage.

Claim process:

1. Notify us by phone or email.

2. Send the item (not COD) to our address.

3. Include a claim reason and your contact details.

4. Attach a copy of the purchase receipt.

Claims are processed within 30 days. The buyer covers return shipping. We are not responsible for loss or poor packaging.

Note: Do not accept visibly damaged goods.

Responsibility: Inspect upon delivery. Report damage immediately. Courier must document any damage. Later claims may not be accepted.

If goods do not match the contract, the buyer may request a replacement, discount, or contract withdrawal.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

8.1 Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason, under Act No. 102/2014 Coll.

8.2 Notify us in writing or via email: info@svethub.sk

8.3 The withdrawal period is met if the notice is sent before the 14-day deadline.

Business customers cannot withdraw.

9. Effects of Withdrawal

9.1 We will refund all payments, including delivery (excluding extra services), within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

9.2 Refunds are processed only after the goods are returned.

9.3 Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

9.4 Return the item in its original condition, ideally in original packaging, with all accessories. COD returns will not be accepted.

9.5 The buyer covers return shipping costs. Estimated cost: EUR 4.80 to EUR 257, depending on item and location.

9.6 If returned goods are used, incomplete, or damaged, the seller may deduct repair or value loss costs from the refund.

9.7 The buyer agrees to cover any reduction in value caused by improper use.

9.8 Compensation will not exceed the difference between the full price and the current value of the returned item.
